2 Kings 17:16-18

¹⁶ And they abandoned all the commandments of the Lord their God and made for themselves cast metal images: ^(A)two calves. And they ^(B)made an ^[a]Asherah, and ^(C)worshiped all the heavenly ^[b]lights, and ^(D)served Baal. ¹⁷ Then ^(E)they made their sons and their daughters pass through the fire, and they ^(F)practiced divination and interpreting omens, and ^(G)gave themselves over to do evil in the sight of the Lord, provoking Him. ¹⁸ So the Lord was very angry with Israel, and He ^(H)removed them from His ^[c]sight; ^(I)no one was left except the tribe of Judah.
